Abortion is a highly controversial topic in the modern society, there are numerous contradicting views regarding this delicate debate. Personally, I consider abortion as the deliberate termination of life which is equivalent to murder of an unborn human being. Life begins at conception not birth. About 18 days after conception, a fetus heart is formed and heartbeat commence at 21 days. Abortion involves stoppage of the fetus’ heartbeat which legally constitutes death. As such, birth is a stage in human development, nothing more. Also, by the end of the 8^th week, the fetus’ sex organs begin to develop and by the third month, the limbs are already in place, meaning that the unborn human is conscious of its body. The unborn child can then feel pain associated with abortion. A fetus has just as much physical qualities as a human being would, they just have to develop. Additionally, while some would argue that….
