Your group contract will consider the following elements:
• What ground rules have you established?
• What timelines/schedules have you developed to complete all the required tasks?
Consider scheduling of tasks, meetings and deadlines.
• Have you clearly and fairly identified everyone’s roles and responsibilities?
• Contingency plans – as a group how will you handle a breakdown in the event of a
timeline not being met?
• Communication plans – what mechanisms for ongoing group communication have you
established considering each member’s particular circumstance?
