Personally, I work in a Nursing and Rehabilitation center with 200 beds. The facility specializes in sub-acute and long-term care. There are about 150 employees serving in different departments. Also the facility has occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy units to enhance patient’s recovery process.
