Mr. Jones, a 66-year-old male with no significant past medical history was admitted to your unit from the PACU after a right hip replacement. Mr. Jones had been progressing well in his care; during day two post-op he participated well in physical therapy, had stable vital signs, appropriate and adequate pain management, and was using the call bell for assistance to the bathroom.
