According to Magnus, et al, 2015; there is a rise of a teenager with type 1 diabetes; this has been brought about by several types of issues associated with different concerns such as the genetic transition from relatives or through cognitive development due to the intake of specific substances during growth. Type 1 diabetes is characterized by a specific immune-mediated deletion of ?-cells that make one have a lifelong dependence on exogenous insulin. In this case the question will provide enough detail on the impact of type 1 diabetes to teens and provide a recommendable application process to ensure that they are able to follow their daily activity and realize their dreams.

PICOT

Type one diabetes has been associated with different dismissed functions to the teenager such as different neuropsychological domains. Currently, most of these problems associated with young adults with type one diabetes are based on their eating habits, body weight and occasions of insulin misuse. In this case, is Type 1 diabetes in teenage patients effective with continuous subcutaneous insulin infusion in maintaining good diabetic control with little adverse trials than multiple daily injections?

Type I diabetes Levels

The intervention of type 1 diabetes involves different stages depending on its growth on the patient since it can be distinctively onset, sudden and unexpected. The diagnosis happens to form the first trip to the emergency room to the intensive care treatment depending on blood sugar levels. In this case, the intervention for type 1 diabetes patient is solely aimed to keep blood sugar levels within the targeted range. Below is the assessment that is regularly used in the intervention.

Therapy- for therapy one needs to take then recommended insulin injections every day as instructed by a certified health assistant using an insulin pump.

Prevention- one needs to monitor blood sugars severally and eat a healthy diet to ensure that carbohydrates spread through the body for energy efficiency. Moreover, regular physical exercises are recommended to lower heart and blood vessel disease.

Diagnosis testing- this embraces regular medical checks that include screen testing and exams to watch out for complications. This includes the eye, kidney, blood, heart, and nerve diseases (Pozzilli, & Guglielmi, 2017).).

An etiology- this is where patients should not smoke or take alcoholic drinks if there is a risk of low blood sugar.

Integration of Evidence

Over the years, medical professionals have come up with the various diagnosis to cater for diabetes 1 patients. Evidently, the application of insulin remains a prospective way of curbing the low blood sugar level that is experienced by these individuals. Clinical expertise has note the evidence of obesity in the diagnosis of type 1 diabetic individuals. However, through symptoms and appearance, the individual is presumed to have type 2 diabetes but the persistence of hyperglycemia after treatment with noninsulin agents’ type 1 diabetes is then considered, and the individuals are treated using its recommended dosage (Jessup, et al, 2015). Evidently, these cases are often evident among the youth and teenagers; thus, an early checkup and routine diagnosis should be ensured to check and ensure the affectivity of insulin intake.

Implementation Methods

 

The infusion of insulin injections will effectively help individuals with type 1 diabetes to overcome any hardships and face normal day activities; however, this diagnosis needs to be evaluated on its effectiveness. For instance, the individuals will have regular checkups on blood sugar levels. Secondly, there will be weight check to ensure that the individuals live a healthy life and can carry out standard activities. Lastly, the individuals will have a program to monitor their routine and checkup which ensures that they live a healthy life free of intimidation.

Conclusion

Diabetes has presented complications in the lives of many individuals, however, with the above analysis and application of diagnosis the following aspects with be achieved. Diabetic control- through an early intervention of the complications the control of diabetes will be evident. Moreover, with proper medication and health of the individuals with type 1 diabetes the control will be effective and present an affordable lifestyle and ensuring that one follows a medical advice in insulin intake and taking healthy foods to ensure that you maintain the recommended blood sugar and live a healthy life is of great importance.
