Task Prepare a case study of a particular industry, agency or organisation’s process of engaging Indigenous people in natural and cultural resource management. Compare and contrast the approach you have explored with approaches identified in other industry and agency groups investigated by other students in class.This assignment will be presented in three parts.Part One: Short Presentation (10 mins)Prepare a short presentation on the topic you have chosen ready for presentation in week 8 of Semester. Part Two: Report (2,500 words)Your report on this topic should explore the strategies used in the process of seeking Indigenous people’s engagement in natural and cultural resource management. An assessment of strategies/policies and examples of recent actions or implementation of policy. 3. Recommendations for changes and/or developments in policy related to engagement.
